Tracking your progress is an essential way for me to see your metabolic output, personal steps goals and progress while integrating your plan into your lifestyle. Connect your wearable for us to see your results in real time!

In order for me to understand how your body is responding, we have to communicate together to ensure success. You can text, voice note or video message me within the app. This allows us to connect about goals, plans, form questions and overall performance from anywhere
